DESIGN & REPRODUCTION OF ARTWORK:

Global Printers takes pride in the highly trained and experienced creative art-workers in our Design department.With our high tech equipment, the team has the ability to increase print quality for the most demanding of designs, from increased ink density to smooth vignettes and the smallest of dot percentages. With CT P and proofing machines enables us to produce and reproduce plates without any loss of data. This further ensures consistency in color and graphics for a repeat orders

PRINTING:

State of the art high speed presses, single coating, UV & conventional printing capabilities.

DIE-CUTTING:

Automatic high specification die cutting machines with quality control equipment installed. In line stripping capability to ensure minimum wastage and quick turnaround.

FOLDING & GLUING:

High speed and accurate folding and gluing machines installed. Capability to use side pasting with crush bottom pasting at the same time.

VALUE ADDITION:

State of the art high speed lamination machine.
High Speed inline UV machine with capability to Spot and overall UV. The machine is also able to pruduced Dripoff effect. 3- Matt and gloss UV coating. 4- Metalized board printing.

QUALITY CONTROL:

Global Printers has fully functional quality assurance department which is responsible for inspecting all printed parent sheets during the process run, monitoring the final product for defects, and flagging any issue early on in order to dater waste.
